  • Study of the anticancer activity of natural products via molecular, biochemical and biophysical techniques (cell culture, SDS-PAGE, western blot, pull down assay, MTT assay, protein purification, isothermal titration calorimetry)
  • Quantitation of natural products and drugs in biological samples (blood, cancer cells, tissues) via UHPLC-MS/MS and characterization of their pharmacokinetic parameters
  • Study of natural product and drug formulations with cyclodextrins and calixarenes in order to increase their bioavailability via biophysical techniques (Isothermal titration calorimetry, UV-Vis spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy)
